maybe you could find bossing buddies to do bosses with? so you would have set people and a time, it's very organized and convenient!
I'm level 200 and I can do the normal zakum and horntail but I can't do the chaos versions.

What level are you that you can't zakum nor horntail??
My level 120-130 characters can zakum
My level 150 characters can normal horntail
