Kms Rebalacing Part3 for Heroes
Been lurking around insoya for a while, some threads crying about Ryudes nerf, but this is what I care about:
Raging Blow changed so that when Enraged, it does 215% x 7, without Hyper.

On a side note, it looks like 2nd job Combo Attack gives 2 attack per orb.
Edit: And apparently they patched the ability to use Enrage without any combo orbs.

Enrage is 1.1x and not +0.1 on Raging Blow?
Hero GMS raging blow
Raging Blow: 268% * 5 = 1340
Enraged Raging Blow: 268 * 5 * 1.1 = 1474
Hyper Raging Blow: 268% * 6 * 1.2 = 1929.6
Hyper Enraged Raging Blow: 268 * 6 * 1.2 * 1.1 = 2122.56
Hero KMS raging blow
Raging Blow: 268% * 5 = 1340
Enraged Raging Blow: 215 * 7 = 1505
Hyper Raging Blow: 268% * 6 * 1.2 = 1929.6
Hyper Enraged Raging Blow: 215 * 8 * 1.2 = 2068
The changes to enraged Raging blow with hyper skills actually nerf our damage by a bit (2.6% damage decrease)

As ElisaHero is (and forever will be) my main character, I naturally keep tabs on every aspect of it.
If anything gets fixed or broken (usually after a patch), I'd know instantly!

@DLiu456: I don't have that point added, but to my knowledge it makes little difference for us with glitched AFA.

Are you sure? FA skills haven't worked properly since 2013 (Unleashed patch). Nexon only fixed FA's (old animation) delay (not the activation rate).
DB's "Blade clone" is a FA skill that procs 100% of the time. You can tell that the FA skill is broken when blade clone does not proc 100% of the time.

That sounds possible; however, I do have a skill point in AFA hyper activation rate.
It's great that you're not having issues with AFA proc rate

Just asking but did you add a point into the AFA hyper that increases the activation rate? AFA seems to activate almost every attack for me on my Hero but I didn't add a point into the AFA activation rate which I should do but if that's what is causing the glitch, then maybe I won't.
Those extra 2 hits are going to be amazing.

For me [b]personally[/b], AFA's proc rate is working properly since v154 (September 2014).
It seems to activate in most cases, with a few exceptions, such as Hell Gollux's Eyes phase (jump-attacking solves this... could mean that hitbox lacks vertical range).
AFA itself , when working properly, probably accounts for 20-25% of our DPS (just a guess) and for this reason I have faster clear times for most bosses, than most other Heroes.
Additionally, I'm not currently aware of other Heroes whose AFA works just fine, but I am aware of many of those who have this low proc rate problem... and I'm unsure why.
The only factor I can probably think of is high ping and or latency... that of which I have all the time ingame

I wish we got that extra attack speed from weapon mastery.

On average, I solo Chaos Vellum in 11 minutes... it isn't that poor o.o

Yea with Hypers it goes from 6->8.
