Does anyone in Khaini have this ribbon? Apparently it drops from Cyngus, but I have yet to see one.

Creating a hack that allows you to generate any item into the game.
I know of someone who had one in Scania. He was hacked and the ribbon became mass anviled. There's one in Windia as well but was generated as well.
There are a bunch of anviled ones in Scania. Not sure about Khaini though.
