To be honest, 28 minutes left on Dorothy isn't so great time considering I got 0 wrongs on 49F. I lost time on 3~4F from not setting up (~1 minute), on 23F from picking up more cards to avoid glitch (~2 minutes), 47F killing door (~2 minutes), 49F looking up correct monster&spelling (~1 minutes) + more minor stuffs like 9F, 12F, 18F, etc.
Things can't go perfect, but I'd say I lost a good 5 minutes total.

You don't need kanna on any stages past 16f to get 30 minutes at dorothy. Doing everything in a party w/ just 1~16f kished can get you 35 minutes at dorothy if you get average RNG and execute everything else with little to no mistakes. 1 hour+ at 35f should be pretty easy on a solo run (especially as a WA!)
1~5f should take about 1 min (no more than 1 min 20 sec) on a WA if you set up 3f and 4f (which cheesemochi didn't do on this run) Different classes have different methods of saving time but off the top of my head, I'd say windwalking would allow for a casual sub 5 min 36f and save 20~30 sec on 18f. Fairy spiral works going up AND down for 32f (the down one is pretty hard)
Edit: Also, it's not just 1~49f that you should be saving time on, you can save a lot of time by reducing your total death to less than 5 and increasing your stance chance. Emerald works at dorothy to make her face the other way so that gets rid of the bouncy balls and laser attack (doesn't get rid of that one superKB atk even though she's attacking the wrong way)
Dang when I reached Dorothy for the first time I had 59 minutes at Floor 35. But I only had 18 (23min - 5min, noob Blue mushroom f3) upon reaching Dorothy, I should really try get a Kanna for 37/42 seeing how you gain like an extra 4 minutes alone at floor 35+.
