Jinx with Runaans?
So recently in aram i found out that jinx with runaan's does a crapload of damage, so im thinking of maining her for adc again, so the questions is, would it be important enough to replace staatik shiv or Phantom dancer in classic mode?

Usually for every adc i play, i build bloodthirster, last whisper, runaans hurricane, infinity edge, blade of the rune king, yolo
Sometimes I buy Runaans is if my team is defending base (helps immensely for fast waveclear). Procs headshots faster on Caitlyn which is great for super minions. I could see it being viable on Jinx in certain situations -- if you have a J4 maybe, get everyone within range for the bolts to proc.
Nope. Runnan's seems good on aram since theres only one lane so enemies would be more likely to stand closer together for its passive to work. Its base stats are not gold efficient unlike statik shiv or phantom dancer.
