New/Old Pokemon Glitch (Emerald)
so i am breeding to wobuffets, adn when they have a baby, it's a wobuffet.
so i got a wynaut from a game-created egg a in-game person gave me. so i got a wynaut's data in my pokedex
and when i get the wobuffet baby, it cant learn any new moves.
i also did a wobuffet/ditto combo to see if it gave the same results, and it did, not able to learn new moves.
so yeah, help?
also, i call it "New" because i dont think it has been discovered yet.
and i called it "Old" because it's in an old game(emerald).

You know Wobuffet's moveset is already broken enough. Encore + Shadow Tag + Counter + Mirror Coat + ridiculous hp = sure death for at least one Pokemon the opponent has.
At moldypeanut, its fourth move is destiny bond.
at cv121, the IV cant be passed down in Gen3 or lower.
and where is the IV guy?

More like not-EV-training-your-pokemon-in-Emerald-because-your-D.S-bottom-screen-is-broken-so-you-can-migrate-and-every-time-you-play-a-GBA-pokemon-game-you- curse-at-pokemon-for-making-such-a-ridiculous-way-to-migrate. So you just use the Gba games to use terrible pokemon and win for fun (this is my story)
But Wynauts/Wobbefetts don't learn much (destriny bonb, counter, mirror coat, and something else).
Also, you should put this in the official pokemon thread...

But in all seriousness, even with vitamins, natures and movesets, a Torchic using Rare Candy will be weaker than one without Rare Candy.
OT: Give an everstone if you want a wobuffet with 50% chance same nature as the one holding everstone. Lax Incense for wynaut. And if you ever get lucky enough to get mirage island, you can get a wynaut there.

its not a glitch. wobbuffet needs to hold lax incense in order to breed wynaut
