Consider these facts:
[*] anyone who spends longer than a week in this section is [b]guaranteed[/b] to see at least three "halp stat cap" threads.
[*] anyone who spends longer than a week in this section is [b]guaranteed[/b] to see the "Ask a Shadower a Question" thread, in which "halp stat cap" questions are answered.
[*] that thread was linked to in the first post.
[*] the TS sent me numerous PMs asking for help following the linking, still asking for help. This would suggest that a) the TS is bad at reading or b) the TS did not read.

Now, since the TS continued the same question that is answered in the thread, and since the TS said that he "showed" the thread to a "friend" who also did not understand the thread, logical deductions (one of which being that the thread is not even at an SAT-level of reading difficulty) would lead me to believe that the correct choice is b) the TS did not read.

If someone is too lazy to read information that is provided and freely accessible, wouldn't you stop giving a lump of feces about answering the question? At what age does spoonfeeding become inappropriate? I'm all fine with helping people, but helping people has limits.

Well these things take time but obviously as it says above pure luk is always good but if you don't think you can handle the funding it may require then at least go low Dex somewhere around 40 or 50 maybe 60 if you want to push it. I also suggest making a level 70 Cannon for the buff if you don't have one already it gives +15 all stats and 5% hp and mp, Finish the alliance quest it gives +5 all stats and wep / magic attack which will boost you by 20 ap already!

Rings - invest in rings over time for sure! (Evolve rings 1-3 and either complete the event quest to get a gratias ring (or however it's spelt) craft / buy a dark angelic blessing ring. With this Evolve rings 1-3 would give you a rather nice boost + either one of the optional rings gradtias gives +6 all stats at level 100 and at 120 +5% crit or if you go dark angelic (a level 70 ring) +10 all stats + 10 wep / magic attack. (There are other rings besides those available but I suggest those unless you get even richer down the road then maybe invest in White angelic or something.

Helmet - There are a few choices here as well Zakum, Scarlion, Targa, Chaos Zakum and Empress which give wonderful boosts in stats (however you need a lot of dex to equip Empress so keep that in mind) but the rest are statless

Top / Bottom - you can always Chaos scroll your top and scroll or chaos your bottom to add additional Dex

Pendant - Speiglemen, Deputy, Mark of Naricane, Horntail, Chaos Horntail, Sunrise and many more there are TONS of pendant options and some that give great boosts in stats for example if you buy a Horntail pendant thats egged you can get +22 all stats easily if you obtain the mesos for it.

Earrings - you have the option of scrolling with Dex

Codex card book - collect cards and over time the stats of the book goes up

Eye wear - Broken Glasses, Spectrum Goggles, Kenta Goggles, ect (gives some stat boosts)

Belts - Escape PQ belt, Pyramid PQ belt, Dojo Belt (those expire now I believe)

and well you get the idea I'm sure you knew some of this already but this is to just give you an idea. However mind you there are guides on basil market as well to give you an idea what to do..so you can always look those up as well.

You can easily get the str....
I have like 79 str on my cb at 75 using just my empress helmet
Just focus on getting enough dex to wear end game (probably empress equips so 170 dex)
And also %luk

@TS, it's easier than you think to get str from equips (not str from potential, str from natural stat on the equips)
with 4 slots of rings, belt, pendant, medal, shoulder, face accessories, eye accessories, earrings, zhelm. including stat increases from the monster books, it should be possible to get the required str for the atk shield with a base str of 4 and not a single str% of potential on your equips. if you're cheap regardless if you started funded or not, then you can just participate in any and all current events that are held, you'd be amaze what you can get for free.
