what character to fund

So around Christmas time i'm gonna start playing Maplestory again and i wanted to know the best class to fund with 12.5B-13B.
Factor in gear, enjoyable, worth leveling, etc, etc. World will be Khaini btw.

Also would it be cheaper to use the mesos to buy fully upgraded gear or buy nx and use the money to buy clean stuff+scrolls etc.

P.S. Favorite class(s) have been Phantom,Corsair,DK,Assassin.
Fund whatever you find fun and enjoyment will just come on its own. Out of the ones u suggested I would recommend a Phantom or NL, both very strong and fast at training..but hard to fund. Drk is also very strong but not as fast at training although a little cheaper to fund.
Was thinking of remaking a phantom, have a lvl 200,would it be decent with 12.5b-13b+NX worth of funding?

@Buster1651 My bestfriend is in Khaini and thats my original world i started in. I dont mind small community because im more of a solo player.

i would move from khaini since you havent started. Literally not even the first channel is full
I would go a class based on dex because that way you can have some damage and have fun

Assassin definitely because they're best at bossing/pretty good DPS. However, they're expensive to fund since I believe %luk is most expensive or second? Personally, I would pick archers, especially wind archers because they're cool .

Whatever you have fun playing? No point playing something you won't stick with
