Cant playIn Korea
So im in Korea for a year,army stuff, and im using my phones hotspot to use my laptop. Maplestory wont play at all. Gives me a pop up that says
"
You cannot access the game for one of the following reasons:
1) The game world is down for maintenance.
2) You are accessing the game from a banned IP.
3) Your internet connection is not stable."
Is it due to the korean IP and trying to maple US maple? If so how would i change my IP? Fast/easy way if possible.

The only way to play GMS from another content-restricted region is to use a VPN (or whatever other method you can come up with to mask your IP). That being said, it's against the TOS and you do so at your own risk.
Ya you're region locked to KMS. I think people out of country usually use VPN
