Just consider getting a good shade weapon and marble for the shade until they keep your equips on the xenon. Once you get the weapon and marble, then you need about 250% or so % str to hit max damage.

Not cost efficient to cube for % all stat until you're over 1-1.5 M range. You should be buying instead, since % all is the hardest stat to cube.

If you have the meso buy another set of CRA and set the current one for your Shade.

... I just settle for any %stat tbh o.o, but I suppose it's just because I recently changed my main to my Xenon. I would keep trying. You could still use the equips that are %str since Xenon benefits from all str, dex, or luk.
