Hair texture practice and some shading. l; I drew the legs and shoes too..but they were too ugly. so I CHOPPED THEM. MUWAHAHAHAHA. I started this drawing when I had my sunflower power hair. But now I have twin tails. DURF.

Paint Tool SAI.
Start with a base color. Use duh brush tool and set the blending around 5 - 20. The size of the tool should be 1 or lower. Then you draw the hair. Strand. by. strand. ):<
