Sats this Saturday

Hey everybody. I have SATS this Saturday. It's my first time taking it. I'm very nervous. I've done some practice tests and I've managed a 2050 as my highest score. I would really like to get over 2200. I know this may be a little unrealistic. Can anybody offer me some tips, especially for the essay section? Thank you so much.

If you haven't already, read this. I followed some during my second time taking it and it helped. But since you're already scoring pretty high, and it's you're first time, I'm not sure some of the strategies will necessarily work for you. But it did offer me some motivation. Good luck

Don't get lazy and make sure you have a good night's rest the day before. I learned my lesson the hard way. Fell asleep while writing the essay and got a terrible score of 520...
2050 seems good enough but you're all Asians, so to each his own.
I think that's a very good score for my first time too, BUT I go to a very competitive school where 50% of the kids are Asian (and so am I), so I really NEED to do well.

English - Can't cram in only a few days. GL.
Math - It's always the trivial things that may throw you off (i.e. the sum of 2 sides of a triangle must always be bigger than its longest side)
Writing - 25min isn't alot, but I stress that you take the first 5min to pre-write on a scratch paper before you begin blazing away with your pencil.
Just like @BajaBlast said, try to write as much as possible. Each SAT essay only gets like 90seconds~2min of look so it's always best if you write more.

Thanks guys. For the math section, I'm not too worried about the actual math part, I just do it very slowly. Any more tips would be appreciated, thank you.
