Kaiser vs paladin
So I'm considering swapping from my kaiser to a paladin after red. I dont care so much about the damage differences. What I want to know is what you (basilers) give more weight to: Kaiser's ability to ignore dr almost all the time, or paladins defensive skills and ability to bind/crash.
Im having a hard time deciding which I value more

Do it. Switch to Paladin. Kaisers suck.

My Kaiser is lvl161 and my paladin, 145. My paladin overpowers my Kaiser in terms of damage. I'm not even that funded on my pally. I have yet to hit the 100k a line benchmark on my Kaiser, yet on my Paladin, i'm easily hitting 200k+ a line with blast, and on bosses, thanks to my emp set, it's increases greatly. I can't wait till the RED update. I can only imagine the OPness <3. So yeah, go Paladin. Of course that's my personal opinion.

I liked playing my pally far more than I did my kaiser, but it comes down to preference in the end. Get a paladin upto 4th job and see how it's gameplay is like, if you like it, then fund it.
The fact that they have both a bind and a crash skill makes them pretty useful, especially in parties.
If I'm not wrong, paladins would be stronger than kaisers on bosses with physical resist.
They are both great, use both like I do.
I just started maining a paly and im loving it so far.
