Limgoon hits max on chaos vellum too, so even if others are more funded than he is, those others and him will still do the same amount of damage.

What I don't understand is why Limgoon ISN'T there. There are only 4 people there, so why not add limgoon for a good amount of extra damage? there's clearly enough room....
