To this all I have to say is that if that math i is indeed correct I still wouldn't care... The funds you would need to be able to cap on Magic Missile is just pointless IMO when you can cap Illusion more than easy enough and after hyper skills it has a 40% PDR that Magic Missile doesn't afford you =P.

To the OP however, and more back to the topic of the post, it really is a question of how far you want to go. If you want to be able to tackle bosses like Gollux and Magnus get ready to get a RA set, use hammers, get them maxed without a missed scroll using Incredible Chaos Scrolls of Goodness and do the same for a Tyrant set as WELL as a fafnir staff. Bare Minimum. That being said Empress is a fair place to stop for casual play, maybe Reinforced or Cracked Gollux set if you're willing to go in for a couple Bil. :]

@Amorous: Its not truly hitting cap if you hit cap with only one move and Magic Missile is a lot faster then illusion is that is why I brought it up.

Edit: qnd what is the point of being able to cap on lesser skills that you dont use?
Illusion is the only important skill that you need to cap with since bosses are the only non 1hitdeath

Not even close, thats just maybe fw, illusion and blaze.
And if it is just the three I mentioned, you need at least 5m clean for magic missile to hit cap or even higher.
And actually its more around 2.5 for blaze, fw and illusion.

Commerci and Gollux are both new to me. I recently came back about 2 weeks ago from a long break. I guess i need to look up a guide or something on those.

You might be able to get some 6% tempest accessories for cheap if you know someone who's selling them. It'll complement the m. att from your empress set nicely because math.

I think the anniv. event is still going on, you can try to get a 6% int black gum face accessory.
