Buy a perfect primed fafnir split edge, and RA set, then buy 4% all stat/boss nebs. As far as Tyrants go, unless you plan on buying superior prot scrolls and aee them to 7 stars or no booms to 10+ stars. Just get a full gollux set (reinforced or superior) and partial emp set (glove, shoe, shoulder, cape). All that right there would give you 110% boss damage (without using oop parts) and atleast 40% pdr (without buffs). Which is actually pretty good, considering you'll be pretty beefy at 150.

Also! Coming soon is Sengoku high! So get those totems! They're very good for Xenon, they're actually the best totem set for Xenon due to the amount of all stats they give.

If you get nx to cube, I'd save it for a while, there will be a miracle time next month I believe so get ready for that! ^^

I think I covered most things, if you had erm, 50 bil you'd be able to get full tyrants and gloves, weapon, sub weapon, then you'd have to get more meso for Ra equips and other goodies.

@Chrisonmale: Uhm, I've never played a Xenon. Do they not get emblems like other classes? Please forgive my ignorance if not.

Yeah, Xenons are one of the few classes that get third tier tradeable Emblems. In exchange, the secondary (Controller) is soul bound. So basically for Xenons, Emblems and Secondaries switch place in funding order. Net result is a wash, but it means you should be slightly less ambitious when cubing your Heart, because you won't have the ability to get % boss lines.

I would personally recommend not bothering with the Tyrant belt. 30 B isn't enough to make it competitive, just get a superior Gollux one for now.

4-5 star Tyrant cape, should be able to find a relatively cheap one. Dojo Gloves, free, GSE Badge, free.

You don't have the mesos to worry about cubing armor yet. Instead buy CRA/Gollux with low % all stat, like 3-6%, then scroll the Gollux yourself. More is better of course, but remember you need to spread 10-15 B around 7 equips.

Shoes are tricky. You don't have enough for Pirate Tyrant boots, so you're going to have to either use Empress, 100% tier up RA, or 4-5 star Nova boots.

Why Boss Emblem on Xenon? Just get Hybrid Heart (which got higher pot tier too)

With 30B, he should get all pirate RA/Trant equips. in YMCK, a clean 5 starred cape is 2b, and the shoes and belt are a bit more. with 30b, he should be able to get 5 starred tyrants, unique cra gear, and a decent weapon for like 12-14b. after, he should have like 3-5b left, which he can use for nx to cube, or save for marching or whatever.
