How long does it usually take mods to get to reports?
I see threads in chat section being dealt with pretty fast, but threads in the general maplestory section don't usually get dealt with.

The thread starter eventually just locked the thread herself. I reported a few posts in that thread. Nothing was done from what I can tell. Is blatant trolling not against the rules or am I missing something? I don't see the consistency tbh.

@pavchka: Alright thanks. And this isn't a "omg mods sak" thread. Just so you guys know, lol. I've noticed you've gotten a lot of that lately. I was just curious the general procedures taken when someone reports a post... Because quite a few times it seems as if nothing happens. o_O
And I never thought of PMing mods; I'd figure none of you would want the spam. But I'll do that in the future, thanks.
Just PM it to one of us, I have a lot of users who do that. I am happy to deal with problems via PM
I wasn't implying that the reports have a hierarchy, so to speak, but implying mods don't spend enough time in the other sections outside of the Chat Section. I've noticed this happening quite a bit.
And if the report system is that inefficient, maybe it's time to beef it up a bit? Like, I just made this thread and the problem was dealt with pretty fast.
You are right. Sometimes the reports take a bit to get to.
