I would honestly wait till the Mechanic revamp because they're pretty mediocre atm.

Currently:
[b]Pros:[/b]
+ Great Mobbing Ability
+ Top Tier in Hits Per Second/Minute (Siege)
+ Has i-Frames when Moving Midair
+ Cute Robot Summons
+ Party Buff (Summons) for Damage/Healing
+ Short Cooldown on Attack Hyper
+ 1HKO Prevention
+ Teleporter

[b]Cons:[/b]
+ Horrible Defense and Hitbox (Hence 1HKO Prevention is kind of Useless...)
+ Too Many Modes to Switch From
+ Extremely Immobile (Compared to Other Classes, Teleport does not compensate since you have to move to put down teleporter)
+ Bossing Ability is Limited because immobile Siege (fixed at 150, but you can't buff? Last time I played you couldn't)
+ Horrible to train to 4th job (Subjective, but first job has no mobbing, second has limited ranged mobbing, third is slow and clanky)

[b]YAY![/b] The Mechanic is one of the most unique classes in the game. We have tons of robot summons that have all kinds of functions, a killer 1v1 move that is on par with the speed of Rapid Fire and Arrow Blaster, a toggle skill that protects us from most boss damage, and we are the proud owners of the [b]original[/b] laser! Not to mention we tower over every other class making them all look like midgets (That's right! [b]We're[/b] normal, everyone else is just short).

Unfortunately, our size does come with a price in the form of a huge hit box, our defense is horrendous despite being actual tanks, our damage isn't that great, and our mobility isn't the best either, but a lot of changes are coming our way because we're getting a revamp! <3 This will give us a completely new set of skills as well as a well overdue makeover, changing us from toasters to washers!
