Attack Speeds on Keydown Skills
Some people are saying that Attack Speed buffs (SI and Green MPE Pot) do not affect Keydown Skills. But after watching HeartCardio's video, it seems to me that Attack Speeds do increase the speeds of Keydown skills. Can anyone clarify?

It could be placebo effect.
The rate of fire on key-down skills aren't affected by Attack Speed increases.
The only things it does affect are the start-up and ending delay.
It should be start up animation that gets sped up. I'm 100% positive the green MPE pot does NOT affect my keydown 24 hits/s siege >.>
Looks like its attacking at the rate of any old rapid fire skill.
(Start-up and ending delays are definitely affected by weapon speed though)
I just tested it on my phantom, it doesn't look like it is increasing the hits at all.
why not try one on a easy boss run and test out the theory?

But if you watch the video, it clearly seems like Mille is hitting way faster than normal
no... pretty sure it increases hit rate
Pretty sure it just speeds up the amount of time it takes for the skill to start.

I think it does I use mille and when i had the atk speed buff i atked faster... so yeh.
