Usually do the Reina Strait theme dungeon, should get around 55.

Then I usually go to Sleepywood and do the Drake Attack quest and the other quest the quest giver gives, helping so and so. Should get you to 57 maybe.

Then I do go to Magatia and do Mutae's, sand rat might be better but I like the long horizontal map. Do that til your 59 and Tot's know how tasks he has listed to get a level up to 60 real fast. Then back to Mutae's til 70.

At 70 as others have said, R & J, MPE, and roids.

@Evenings: I put roids at the bottom cause it was the last thing I remembered lol. and you get tickets at like lv70 cause I remember doing them on my TB and Dark Knight like last week during their third job. and I know you don't get it at lv60. You can Access MPE starting from lv40, but you only get the free tickets at like lv70 or 80. one of those two I assume 70.

you get free tickets at level 70 for monster park extreme

lol why did u put the Roids and neo at the bottom xD and also u forgot Captains is good, And u can't go in MPE at 70, Isn't it at 100 where they give u the tickets for free u can enter regular Monster park but yea i dont think u can without getting to 100 since u get the free tickets at 100

Rien is plagued by 'the three' though, so if you lag in event hall don't even go near Rien.
