Cant Use 8th Clean Slate?
So I bought the 8th anniversary clean slate scrolls, specifically for the 8th anniversary items since I plan on trying to get a decent rod. Though, when I try to use the 8th anniversary scroll on my rod, it wouldnt work for some reason. Help?

Yea there was a scroll that failed
My friend said using the 8th scrolls from the anniversary shop on rods doesn't work because Lumi's weren't out yet when KMS had the anniversary, so the scrolls aren't coded to work on them. Which you'd think Nexon would have fixed since they added maple shining rods into it. Someone else had a problem using a magic attack scroll on the rod because of that as well.
