What is going to happen with all the Staves now?
Since that only BaMs can benefit from them?
Seems like everyone will be switching to wands soon, so what should I do with my staff? Keep using for now? or sell it as soon as possible to get the most profits. I'm so gutted because I spent so much on cubing it to a good potentials/bonus pots, and then this happened.

Will wands be better for Evans? My Evan has a 10th anniversary staff, and I was going to buy another one for my Battle Mage. But if wands are better than I'll just buy a wand for my Evan and transfer the staff over.
with this update, how much matt should a wand have so that you replace your already scrolled and potential-ed/enhanced staff? anyone knows?
@epikkhighh: like @yearn said, I play it because I like the playstyle and a litte nostalgia. BaM was the first character I got to 100. It was when Arcania had just come out, and I even have the Arcania Bandanna on it.
Wow, when is this going to be happening? I farmed all the prime scrolls I needed to perfect a staff and even got it to legendary pretty effortlessly. Even threw on a protection and safety scroll. I haven't scrolled it yet though, so maybe that's a good thing.

course, thats why im not a night walker lol.
i rarely see jetts and BT, even during the color dye event, i saw like 10 my whole maple life (came back to maple right after BT creation close)
but i would like to be able to solo a tough boss without having to drop a lot of money or tons of time on. like cygnus, it would require too much time or money to be able to solo it as a bam or bt. yes there is party play, but its rare to find someone who actually wants to split the drops evenly

BaM gameplay is actually pretty unique and fun.

I actually perfected a wand for my F/P during the Windrider event because I got it from CVel and didn't realize it was a wand. So this is a nice surprise.
People are probably going to start perfecting wands instead of staves now. People gonna stick with their staves because we're not made of money and Nexon be playing that long con game. Next thing you know they change it up and make staves better after you perfected and cubed your wand.

My Bishop always wear a wand so whatever upcoming update would not affect me

@coolflip678: Pretty much. It'd mainly affect our mobbing a bit, but that won't matter too much in end-game bosses, I think anyways.
I'm just not going to bother. Got 35%Boss/9%MAtk/9%MAtk on my staff second cube after going Legendary, I'll never be that lucky again.

Oh right. is it because your main attack already hits the speed cap that it won't really matter?

We won't be using staves now, because wands will get +1 attack speed from each magician's respective passive link. I believe the cast speeds will now be affected by the weapon speed now too.
Wand attack speed finally works the way it should.

Part 3 of re balancing notes. I believe wands give a faster casting speed or something of the likes.
