Gearing up and making some meso
Me and my brother just started playing again(after year) a few days ago and we both hit 130ish but on my WH I recently noticed my dmg range was very low compared to some of the people who we ran into. I'm somewhat lost in terms of gearing my character and making meso because I've literally been using items and meso that I find from drops or buy of the market for cheap. Someone did suggest that I should run lion heart castle for the gear set and because I have maxed SE but I highly doubt im strong enough to actually go on a run with people.

Interesting thanks for the help guys im gonna work on a empress set if zukam goes well considering how easy it be to just farm for all these drops.
Get the RED tickets this weekend and you'll have 30-40m to start you off.

Yes the drops, specifically the occult cubes which can sell for 10 mil each depending on the world (you can get 2 from hilla and 2 from zakum)

If you can get a decent amount of mesos on you, this is the path I took.
10% dex earrings 100mil or 6% for 10mil
Get a heart for around 100mil while they are still cheap. Scroll it during RED.
6 set empress- 30*4+60+200 4 piece+xbow+shoulder for 380mil or so.
Secondary wep. Occult cube until you get what you desire. Around 1-5mil depending on how long it takes.
Tempest ring 6% dex ~40-50mil.
Other rings, maybe pinnicle, unleashed pot if you have money (another 500mil or so for 6%'s each)
6% belt and pendant around ~80mil both
6% dex cape ~50mil
Halloween medal if you have it.
1% dex tree branch or more ~10mil
Silent crusade eye accessory ~free.
In total you will need about 775mil(or around 685 mil if you buy 6% earrings instead of 9 or 10% ones). If you get the two other 6% rings then you will need another 500mil or so.
If you CANNOT afford this, then the easiest way is to buy purple general suits like Mybullets said. Also do link skills and character cards and level to 150 to get the 10% damage hyper.
Edit: ways to make mesos for unfunded atm are selling red tickets for 15-20mil each and selling occult cubes for around 10mil each. Do hilla and zakum daily for 40mil total each day.

For your current level 130, I'd suggest utilising those purple general suits, with 4-6% dex on each piece.
That should give you a boost of 16%-25% dex. To attain mesos quickly, the most productive way i found was looting everything and selling when you are completing monster park extreme. I've probably made 10-20m just from equips alone, that most people neglect to realise.
Sell 10k nx for mesos and use that to start merching
