Ugc didnt redeem?
I just bought a $50 UGC and I used the $30 payment method. I completed it and it said 30k was added to my account, but it wasn't? I didn't receive any email and it says my card is already redeemed.

Well they stopped taking it directly, instead it goes through paybycash.

@Cosies: Huh I'd say wait up to 1 hour tops, and then contact ultimatepay service, also make sure that you check your spam/junk folder to confirm to see if you received anything from ultimate pay. I'm sure since you still have 20$ credit, they'll sort it out quickly enough.. (like the user above said)

It's been like 45 minutes or so, still waiting

I know sometimes, there's a little delay for me redeeming like, ~10 ish minutes, and the ultimate pay confirmation seomtimes ends up in my junkmail..

It had the whole successful transaction, 30,000 NX has been added to your account and 2000 UGC points or w/e. Then I got no email or anything ._.

@Cosies did you get the activation code from the location you purchased it at? also i reccomend sending in a ticket, saying how your "frustrated" and "this might be it for me and I will never purchase nx again" all those things will help your ticket be answered faster
I redeemed a UGC today... it should have been instant.
