brown should be available at every shop
no hair colors are exclusive to vip/reg
i made a guide over in another forum and i guess i got rejected here so

If you don't see the color at the salon you're at, try a different one. I dunno if Nexon ever changed it but back then each salon had a few specific colors missing.
