My point exactly! Why would Nexon delete something like that? I have heard of stories of people having items deleted that were combined with duped nebulites. That's just not fair.

I hope this is not the case O.o. Putting aside all the shame of buying NX to shielding ward/scroll my DBG, to perfect and enhance 12(10 in my case) is a fair amount of NX there. I highly doubt... no I sincerely hope they'rnt just picking the "pro" equips and deleting them. Instead they should be looking at the item IDs and see whether there is multiple items with the same item ID or not.

It's a shame the only comments to answer @Cosmos question are, "I am legit I don't have to worry blah blah" or "You're stupid to not know whats duped etc". People need to realize that not all items were mass duped like the 30 att masks, 38 att vss and 31 att Pac. Some items that don't seem "too good to be true", were also duped and sadly new players are effected the most by this. People who started recently do not know about the exploits/duping that happened almost a year ago and buy it because well..who doesn't want to be stronger? On topic, I would try and hold off on any major investments for a while so you aren't left with nothing but an empty item slot after a maintenance.

It's not so cut and dry my dear. Try to be a little more open minded. There were items that were deleted. Some of those items seemed like legit items to the buyer when they were purchasing them for the first time. Now they are gone, and the player is left dumbfounded. How does that make them an idiot?

jumping to conclusions and attacking someone makes you no better, the TS is referring to items that aren't blatantly obvious, considering that duping has been around for time both scrolls equips everything has been duped at one point in time or another and its bringing everyone in fear not knowing if their item was scrolled with duped items or not and whether it will be deleted or not....next time read before you jump to conclusions

Too good to be true? Explain?

There are different meanings for this.

If my friend has a perfect PSB that he spent 1.5b on and decides he wants to sell it for 1.8b, someone will think it's too good to be true and buy it NOT knowing if it's legit or not. The fact that there is a RISK that everything traded all around the Maple servers can disappear is just enough to think about.

I just feel like you're ignorant and you can't make a good argument unless you experience the same feeling as someone you are arguing with. (If that makes sense...)

I'm sure people duped below average Empress weapons (when they were still rare). Innocence scroll makes it that it has average stats.

Scroll your own and cube your own. That's what I do. I'd rather keep my crap gear than buy something "Godly" for a week

I honestly don't know As far as I'm concerned, they could have been duped with 12% str and someone just wanted to make them better but ended up getting bad stats and decides to sell them.

There's just so many possibilities that I could think of... I just have to think cynically about it. So when the day comes that my items are gone... I'm not as shocked.

Oh totally. I'm freaked out. Bought a couple warrior empress items the other day and I hope they aren't duped. I made sure to check the FM to see if there were similar stats to them but I couldn't find any. Hope I get lucky because I spent all my money on them

I've bought these badly potentialed unique warrior top and bottoms for over 1.5b a piece. I know for a fact that there is a chance that they might have been duped, specially since we allianced with GAZD worlds.

1.5b for it doesn't seem like it's duped but THERE is a chance and that's all I'm saying.
I just find it unfair that there's a possibility that I lose them after I spent hundreds of cubes and used innocence scrolls to clean out their badly scrolled slots.

@Post above me: I usually make my own weapons, but I do feel bad for people who bought them. While dupers and illegitimate people are EARNING money, people who just want to be strong spend THEIR money that goes to NEXON is the one that is being punished.
- In my understanding, most items are sold in nx or mesos. Items that are sold with cash are rare trades and I think is not "big" enough to consider? Maybe

Its not just the obvious dupes. I had friends who lost items like 170 attack purple surfboards and clean unique specs. In all honesty, I'd just wait for nexon to announce that they're done cleaning up or ask some friends/guild/alliance about specific items you plan to buy.

Nope, because as a mage, I have to MAKE my own gear. It's harder actually find decent gear in general for mages, duped or not. In fact, the only seen duped mage gear were ele staves and maybe a few empress here an there.

John, it's still pretty obvious what items are duped. If it's super godly and it's cheap, shouldn't that right there be a red flag?

@First poster: People who say they do not lose anything are USUALLY people who do not spend any money on the game or cannot afford such items. No offense but I'm tired of hearing people bagging on PLAYERS WHO PAY FOR THE GAME WHICH ALLOWS IT TO BE FREE.
