Hayato

Best Inner Ability lines?

I was just curious to know the best IA lines to get on a Hayato; as of right now I've got +1jump and +27% buff duration which I feel is useful for the Jinsoku, Summer Rain and Hitokiri Strike buffs but I'm probably wrong.

I'm interested in your opinion on this matter Basil (if one exists), thanks.

The only reason you would keep crit is unless you achieve 100% crit with it, otherwise its pointless imo

Not at all, sir. Hyper skills aren't exclusive in any meaning of the word. Hayato and Kanna likely won't be receiving Hyper Skills though, just because they've been out since before KMS did hyper skills, and they never received them in JMS (even to this day).

I sincerely hope they do, as it'd definitely give Hayato that extra "Oomph" I feel he needs, I just seriously doubt it. I actually feel like these 'exclusive' classes and expansions are pretty terrible ideas. They're VERY cool, but expecting for any one region to balance their game for the exclusives, is silly, and won't happen for LONG periods of time after their release. I mean, look how long it took them to bring that NLC expansion. Took them years upon years to release it, even after teasing it. And even still, the shops don't have everything they're supposed to (like magnifying glasses, and nebulite drills).

In my personal opinion-If you ever get boss damage, keep it no matter what the other lines come out to be.

If at all possible though, Buff Duration would be really nice for Hayato, as well as attack. Reason being, Hayato has two (maybe even 3) things that are very important that rely on buff duration: Willow Dodge stacks, Jinsoku, and Issen (Hitokiri Strike). I'm not sure if buff duration effects those skills, but if it isn't glitched, it probably should. In which case, you get more time to stack Willow Dodge stacks (more chance at achieving 5 stacks/ 30% extra damage). You also get Jinsoku's passive defense buff to last longer when it activates. And most important, Hitokiri Strike's critical buff will last something like 52 seconds while having a 90 second cooldown (only 38 seconds of downtime).

That's my opinion, anyway.

@FireBoy67 : there's no cooldown reduction inner, not exactly anyway
there's chance to ignore cooldown (up to 20%) but that's a little gimmicky

@Kanuhduh and @FangKingRei: Critical Rate isn't worth 1 line, IMO. Not for Hayato, which has 100% 50%'ish of the time. There are IA's you could have greater benefits from.

I'm pretty fond of my 23% Critical rate. As a shadower, it is quite useful.
