Pies/Cakes United drop rate buff
How do you stop it from buffing you automatically? It cancels out drop rate familiar buffs.
Right clicking it does nothing. It says it only lasts 20 minutes but seems to be there permanently even after logging out and back in.

Wolf Underling/Easter Egg buffs are only item drop rate--the Spider familiar is for both item drop rate and meso drop amount; although the item drop rate part will probably be cancelled by the Cake/Pie buff..
It eats wolf underling / shiny easter buffs but not big spider buffs. I have no idea why but for the time being I suggest using a spider familiar.
Did you try turning it on and off again?
