What class should I use the Xp potion on?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to start this thread. But yeah.. I hope it is.
So I recently reached level 70 with my Canoneer and I recieved the Level 30 and 70 potion, and I'm thinking about making a new character and use the potion on that one.
But I'm not sure what class to choose. I have been thinking about Cygnus Knight and Dual Blader, I know the Cygnus class has the skill where characters on your account get wepatk/magatk. Not sure what's good about Dual Blade.
Would you please help me choose and list the pros/cons of making a dualblader/cygnus? Thank you in advance!

I wouldn't recommend playing DB (Ironic how it's coming from one, but listen up). Though it's fun and has pretty good mobility, it's usually shunned by people cause of players that have given us a bad reputation. However, if you are not the type that cares about that, feel free to play, but I recommend you play after our revamp that will balance us. So far, I'm not too certain about which skills get taken away, but the one I'm most concerned about is Thorns (So if anyone knows about the removal of skills, please do tell me).
However, if you are planning to make an UA, make a cygnus
Since DB's are a little hard to fund and such, I'm going to say make a cygnus.
