Dragon Transformation: DrK trans into a dragon (still wielding a spear) Lasts for 5 minutes, 1hr CD

Gungnir: Throws a spear with immense force, piercing up to 10 mobs.
4 hits of 400% dmg, ignores 50% PDR, cooldown 30 seconds. passive effect: Fury/Buster + 30% dmg

Hercules: Invokes the legendary Hero to exponentially increase STR, DEX, and HP at the cost of MP. Passive ability: Godhand: Revives the dark knight with 50% hp and mp, cooldown 15 mins (you have the option). Also, 10% DMG reduction.
MLV 10: +90 STR/ 30 DEX, +1000 max hp, -500 mp.

Dragon Phalanx: adopts a powerful stance reminiscent of a dragon in favor of an all-out attack at the cost of defence. (replace zerk? probably not, but it'll be cool )
MLV30: -50% HP, +100% dmg, +1 attack speed, + 10 max speed limit, 10% critical chance and 10% minimum/maximum critical damage. (there, now drain and pre-bb berserk can pretty much coexist). can be toggled on/off.

Passive effects: Spear: attacks have 10% chance to inflict DoT of 100%/second over 5 seconds. Pole arms: +10% dmg

Advance HB (so DKs are USEFUL again)

+100% HP/MP 50% stance whole party

3% HP per attack, 30 MP
230px range, 710 Ms speed (normal 6)
400% x3 times, ignores 100% PDR on everything! passive 10% critical per attack

some sort of mobbing skill that looks as cool as phantom blow.

Paladin:
Poison Charge for 2nd job. 120% dmg with 50% DoT
Choose between holy and darkness charge for 4th job. Both do 150% dmg but Holy seals, and darkness lowers acc. You can only master one.
HH lowers DEF on targets by 20%.
