One of my neighbor's house is on higher ground so they can overlook at my backyard. One time me and my friend were playing around in the pool and I caught the dad peeking through the fence the bastard. I've caught him several times doing that as well.
We only get together when the abandoned house across the street goes up in flames every other year and thats because we all stand outside on someones lawn and watch

One of my neighbor's has built a structure 20 feet high. The legal height for it to be is 12. LOL. The other one throws parties too much. .-.
