right now i have attack +21 and about 38k honor exp.
should i keep or aim for something else?

+1 skill point on all passive skills.

1st Line: 30 Matk
2nd Line: 25% Buff Duration
3rd: Junk I cant even recall.
1st line: 20% boss damage
2nd line: 20% critical rate
3rd line. 7 LUK 4 INT (lolrubbish)
If you get to legendary and get attack speed that's the golden one.
However since that's super rare go for buff duration along with boss damage or crit rate (if you're not at 90+% already)
i left mines at critical rate. was short 5-10% months ago.
ideally the best choices are Boss Damage / Critical Rate / Atk Speed / Buff Duration / *Drop Rate*
for a bucc, the best one would be critical rate or?
21 att is a waste of your IA, recirculate it. If you want a list of the best IAs, use google.
I've got 20% boss on one line and +27 atk on the other one. 21 atk is decent. It depends whether you want to risk it or not. With 38k honor exp you may not get something better.
