Illusion step animation on walking through a mob

Just noticed sometimes when I walking pass a mob without getting touch damage and without "miss", the illusion step animation comes up along with a F2. Anyone else noticed that?

IS is pretty much an active support buff skill. It's pretty much a replica of NL's & Shadower's Shadow Shifter skill without being passive since you do a F2. It has the bonus dex and % avoid increase when you cast it (active support). IS will evade touch and magic damage, but it won't evade against status effects (stun, dispel, seal, curse, weaken, slow, etc).

go with what this guy says. my IB is lvl 8 so i get a rare block chance..HOWEVER my IS loves me because it seems to happen at the critical points xD like yesterday i had half hp and for some reason my finger slipped and i jumped into zak's body..IS the life saver<3

Evasion boost? But the animation looks like IS and makes your char do a F2.
That's the effect of the skill. It's something like Shadow Shifter that thieves get.
I never played a thieve, so I don't know about that. The skill description only says it gives +dex and +%avoid, I assumed I only get more misses as I put more points into it. Does the skill also give extra "dodge/misses" on top the current description which will cause the animation to show up?
