I haven't done it much, but I always seem to get Fatal Scythe.

Im at 8 Reaper, 1 Gleam, 0 Scythe

Completely random. I've fought him the most of the 3, gleam eyes the least.

That's the only boss I keep on getting I want the other two

its always random so keep trying

its a lower chance than the other two familiars for me anyway
just keep trying under normal
