My vellum boss soul gives me 12% crit

Essentials:
5% Base
50% NL Skill
10% DSE
15% Phantom Level 2 Link
7% Beast Tamer Level 2 Link
3% Marksman S Card
= 90%

Other Sources:
Up to 30% Crit from Inner Ability, second line can give up to 20% on legendary IA
Level 3 Phantom Link +5%
Level 3 Beast Tamer Link +3%
Hyper Stats, +15% At level 10 (minimize when possible)
Weapon, Secondary, Emblem potential 9%-12% at legendary (don't recommend)

Marksman and beast tamer level 2 should get you the 10% though. I recommend trying to get crit from IA since the other options from IA are rather bad. Only buff duration, boss damage are okay for 2nd line.

Hyper stats as well.

Do you have a Decent SE Nebulite? That adds 10% crit rate and people tend to forget it exists.

Otherwise, there's IA which can give a huge chunk if you don't already have any from that. There's a lot of other sources, link skills, XBowman character card, etc. But if you can list what you already have, could narrow things down. Good luck. ^^
