Falsely perma-banned for advertising?
Never done any advertising or anything of that nature on this game. I did afk in FM for an entire day to find my account banned. What should I do?

This happened to a friend a mine. He just sent in a ticket and was unbanned. Try the same

I guess so. I was sitting next to my shop and you know how you get kicked an sent to the spawn point infront of the FM entrance. Maybe there was a bot spamming next to me or ontop of me.
Maybe because your in game name is a real bot program? I don't know, I'm just making stuff up.
Really not much else to do than submit a ticket and hope they are understanding and prompt in their response.
Sorry to hear about losing your account. Whether or not it might be good in the long run since it's an opportunity to finally quit this game, it sucks watching all that energy you put into the game just disappearing for something you didn't do.
It happened to me back in June. Submit a ticket, or use live chat (even though your not supposed to, they will still usually help you). You have a decent chance of getting your account back if you tell them you were afk in the FM possibly next to a bot that was spamming websites.
I was accused of advertising. I've never hacked on MS.
Why would you advertize.
Pretty dumb move there.
alright this is what you do
step 1 - submit a ticket
step 2 - either create another account or wait a few months to over a year for a response telling you they won't do anything and rage quit
