@MrNoobs: It's not necessarily him having no NX, it's just the logic behind being able to do such a thing.
Well NX is a cover item, so what's the point of anviling it anyways? You shouldn't want to cover NX with more NX o-o... Unless you mean the expiring ones, then nope
Look at his character, he clearly has no NX. It's not surprising that he doesn't know...

No but it would be kind of awesome, at least an anvil that worked like, looks of regular items -> fused to an nx item, for example if you wanted to be able to have multiple colored- pilfers(my hat of choice) you could just change it between the nx item without re- fusing the same one. Not a horrible idea IMO. However fusing among NX items is pretty unrealistic.
