An error has occurred when trying to reset the password

"There has been an error with the service. Please try reloading the page."

So I've been trying to reset my password (due to inactivity) but I keep getting the error above when trying to use the reset link, either that or that my new password can't be the same as my current one, which always shows no matter what password I try to use. Anyone else having this issue? Is this a known bug?
