General Paladin

Did the build changed? So I haven't played for a while, and for a longer while I haven't played my pally, I got a friend to SP reset it, but I don't know if I should add the points the same way they were, it was: Won't mention 1st, 2nd, 3rd job since everything is maxed in those Max ACB Max Divine shield Max blast (?) Max holy charge (?) my blast can only reach lvl 20 since I had this pally from before the HH nerf and now my HH can reach lvl 30 :| which one would be better to max after DS? Or is there anything else? Also, is monster magnet maxed? Did they reduced the amount of SP for a skill or deleted one to give us monster magnet?
