Special Bonus Potential Scroll amp Perfect Potential Slot Carv
So just a question regarding the two items above.
1. Has anyone tried using the Special Bonus Potential Scroll on something that already has bonus pot? If so, did it give 3 lines?
2. Has anyone used Perfect Potential Slot Carver after the item ALREADY has 2 bonus pot lines and get a 3rd line? (The description really throws me off)
3. If item #1 works, isn't that a better deal than buying item in question #2?

I used those 100% stamp from hotday event and stuff on my knuckle (had 1line bonus potential before)
Was able to add 2 more lines to it, making it 3 lines

It adds ONE line to an item with 1-2 lines unless i was unlucky.

Special Bonus Pot Scroll only works if you have NO lines of bonus potential. 0L ---> 3L.
