dojo papulatus
hey guys, so whenever i dojo, papulatus is always a stressful stage due to the fact that he can take away all your buffs. he's taken away my buffs most of the time before, so now i usually just attack from far left if he spawns near the portal to avoid it. is there any way to prevent him from taking away my buffs so that i can stay near the dojo portal/
what are some strategies you guys use to prevent this/

@DarkOdor: I use RF, and during the two runs I've gone on I haven't been debuffed once.
I also only hit 20m on RF, so I kill pap a lot slower than you.
When I played my NL and NW I also never got debuffed as long as I killed him before his first "hibernation".
Do you have any sort of bind/monster stun skill?
As a zero, I use my ultimate as soon as pap spawns which prevents him from attacking. This gives me about 3-4 seconds to finish him off before he can use de-buff. I only have 1 true buff that can be debuffed, so not so much an issue for me, but still.

time isn't an important factor, distance is. i'm sure anyone can get debuffed by him so i'll try to raise resistance and/or come up with an alternative way of maintaining distance. i might try using arrow blaster for pap instead.
If you cap on RF and can't kill him before he debuffs, you're doing it wrong.
If you keep your distance and kill him in under 5 seconds you should never get debuffed.
He still debuffs? I remember back when you were able to bring a party into dojo. The debuffs and 1/1 were insta kills back then.

it uses debuff almost as soon as i start.

Get more status resistance.
I just kill him fast enough before he can do anything. But, just try to keep a far distance away from him. I don't think there's any other way.
