Hey guys ive been gone from ms for sometime now and was wondering what kind of %str and range is good for my level and if you happen to know the range it would cost.

If the two of you are talking about Basil members being in that Southperry thread, I recognise 6. You can also pretend that Phoenix is Cryoflight, but that would be cheating.

It really depends. How much dmg/range are you looking for? I'd assume that a 25-50k range would be average at your lvl.
