I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue. After reviewing your ticket, I have went over the issue with my team. We have researched the Potential Scroll 90% and there is a chance that it could destroy the item it is used on. The text for the Potential Scroll 90% has no indication the item it is used on can be destroyed. This is something we have brought to the attention of our team and we are working on fixing it. Unfortunately since the scroll is working, we can not reimburse you for your lost item. I am sorry for any inconvenience this has brought you.

Actually the item failed to do what was described, and the fact that it can explode your stuff wasnt in the description.
