Starting a new pally
Since my current one has been out of action the past two years It's missed allot of the revamps and chances for new items. I also have 60 dex and my range is low (fully buffed i'm only at 9k). I'm thinking of restarting my pally.
I have around 1bil to fund it and have a few items I can sell for another few hundred. What should I invest funding in or merching to get more money for funding, I've never had a high damaging charter never all have been below average. I plan on changing that though with this pally. I'm decent at merching (starting with 10mil if I try I can make 1bil-2bil in a week). Really appreciate any input at all.

you also have to max out charged blow in third job. CO and CB are the MUST MAX in 3rd job. and if your paladin is lv 150, i wouldn't remake it, especially if it has acquired the advanced charge book. that book is pretty hard to find. i would just do the 5 of each PQ to get 40 coins. along the way you will get 50 coins, enough for an AP reset.
I agree with not remaking your pally. Get a couple people with some time and finish that pq quest in a couple hours. Thats your ap reset right there. And if you get to a high enough level, sp doesn't really matter on account of being able to max EVERY skill.

No problem but really, it's not worth remaking a level 150 Paladin. If you need anything else just let me know.

I'm pretty sure they only cost 40 or 50 Sengoku coins and you can get 45 coins by doing that event mission that requires you do to 5 of like 5 PQ's, logging in every day gives you 2 coins so I'm sure you can get it.

I thought dex no longer effects your accuracy?
It's hard for me to obtain coins, to be honest i can't even login on weekdays. I'm guessing Sengoku is only on for a limited time and i think i screwed up my SP build in my third job. Restarting isn't too bad I don't mind rebuilding my pally.

Yea I was thinking of doing that, 18 to all except combat orders and with the SP left just max out what matters.

on my paladin i left all the charges and shield mastery at 18 SP. i used the remaining skill points to max magic crash and have another point put into hp recovery.

Don't you end up maxing everything in 3rd job anyway? Just bring every skill to 18 and whatever SP you have left max everything but Blizzard charge.
Don't restart your Pally, 60DEX isn't that bad and definitely not a reason to restart, AP resets are available in the Sengoku shop now I think so get the coins easily by doing that PQ quest and daily log-ins.

That's what I did, since you'll hit the defense cap pretty easily and most of your guarding will come from divine shield and guardian anyway
by lv 100 you should have everything maxed except the 3 charges, shield mastery, HP recovery, and magic crash (all at lv 18) with 3 skill points left over IIRC

OT: i suggest you to dont get a shield 'til shields get secondary weapon status (pot can get pdr, boss dmg (i think) and attack) then scroll it with 30% shield for att + protection scrolls
