Hack Via Chat question
So I've been reading about this thread of maplers in Scania getting hacked because of a chat invitation. I feel like it's starting in Windia too. There's this Demon Avenger with a not-so-legit-name in the fm and hes been spamming chat invite. I accidently opened one and he spammed links to meso selling sites. Like one of those advertising bots. It seems weird but I'm getting the feeling that I might get hacked. Am I alright or screwed?

the chat remote hack is total bull
it's a hoax, you cant be hacked through chat. Unless they give you a keylogger, and you for some reason open it, than you can get hacked
Same sort of thing happened to me --> spammed with trade requests and whispers in FM - I think they're just desperate to get the message across
It's been buggin me so yeah. Idk maybe it's just an advertising bot using chats instead idk.
It was all a hoax and you are all very gullible.
