Grabbing the rim
What is this sorcery. I was trying to dunk a basketball last year, so i was working my legs out by doing some heavy squats n stuff. I stopped working out in June. Before stopping, I was able to inconsistently touch the basketball rim, just barely. So out of like 6 trials, for example, only 2 of those would I be touching the rim.
But now, 5 months later with no exercise (pylometrics/squats) AND i lost 5lbs of muscles over the summer (my tummy hasnt shrunk, but my arms and legs got skinner), im able to touch the rim 100% of the time, and not only that, my fingers are about 1" above the rim. Same basketball net. Lol, what happened? The only "exercise" i would get is biking to and from school 3x a week since September. Total distance is 4km, so 12km a week im doing. I'm suprised I don't have chicken legs by now, but to be able to improve my jumping ability only by light biking? I still don't get it. I haven't grown any higher either.
