List my priorities
Idk where to start.. so here's what I need.
15+% shoulder (current using clean empress shoulder)
15+% rein earring (currently using 3% all stats)
15% or 5 stared tyrant shoe/belt (currently, shoe is 9% empress, clean rein belt)
15+% sw glasses (currently have 10% specs)
15+% ra top (currently have 12%)
18+% atk explorer emblem (currently 9%atk, 9% dmg, 6% stat)
25% boss neb shield (currently 21% pdf)
5 star my cape (currently 1 star, 21% stats)
I will be doing one at a time, so I guess my question is what would give me the most atk out of all these from highest to lowest.

If you choose to get your tyrants to 7* instead of getting your tyrants to 5*, I think each one of those will provide the biggest boost. It kinda depends on how much % stat balanced vs your % att/td is atm. Also depends on your weapon.. Since you didn't list those (and certain parts of your sets which are missing) im gonna assume those are done, so I would go for the tyrants first.

I don't think this applies here. He has most of the items but the ones at the "top of the list" like shield or emblem shouldnt be the top priority. His emblem is good, probably should be one of the last ones to tweak.
