Judging by the location of the memory (going from around 2GB to 400MB) looks like the game was trying to access system memory for some reason. Maybe its windows 8 incompatibility.
Nope, never had any problems for both my BM + MM.

That would be Spirit Links effect, although its now passive they left in the effect it had while it was active.

But I do miss the sound

Is that why I'm disconnecting?
I only summon phoenix in Evo system though
I'm not dcing uppon summoning
Also got the problem from Frostprey summoning
No issues whatsoever for me... I do miss that sound though, even though my volume's muted 90% of the time
I've been having this same problem too; glad to see it's not only me.
It usually occurs when I summon phoenix after buffing or right when a boss is spawning... No idea why this happens, I get some terminate application error. o.o
I dced a lot less when I took it off macro and when I just used phoenix at times where I don't get weird lag glitches (right after macro buffs/large spawn on map/boss spawn).
If anyone else has any suggestions on how to fix this, let me know
i haven't have any issue with that. however the summon sound its off thought

Well you can still hear Silver Hawk's cry after she comes back after not being used since level 60.

Not happening to me. Phoenix no longer makes a sound when summoned though?
It did for me but mine was macro'd, then I took it off and it stopped dcing me.

Hasn't happened to me so far. Is there any place in particular where it happens?

Yeah but its Frostprey for me. Pretty damn annoying.
