Where can I get free Mastery Books?
So I'm looking for questlines that give out free Mastery Books. (Level 20 or 30.) Can someone tell me which quests give them out?
The ones that I know give out Mastery Books are the Silent Crusade, Golden Temple and Neo City. What are others that give out Mastery Books?

There's only 20s in Evo. But yeah, relatively easy if you're training there already.
