Another way is,
10-30 - Golem's Temple
30-40 - Mushroom Castle story quest (I haven't tried the Elluel theme Dungeon)
40-50 - gold beach themed dungeon
50-70 - Chryse story quest (IMHO not a lot of people do the LudiPQ)
70-140 - Monster Park Shuttle (You can get 3 free tickets from Spiegelette or you can also do MagatiaPQ-Romeo&JulietPQ)
140+ you can continue doing Romeo&Juliet PQ or do KentaPQ-AquaroadPQ and possibly go to Temple of Time or do the Crimsonwood storyline?
Then as you level even higher you can go to Hall of Honour <3

Google up "free levels tot's quest" or something similar. Free levels by doing stuff for him and it's not that hard.
don't forget to use tot's free lvls when u r able to
If you want an alternative to @miguel345 's method, you can do this:
30-40 Elluel Theme Dungeon
40-50 Gold Beach Theme dungeon
50-70 LPQ
Luminous is very easy to level I've found. Just do the regular training spots.
From 1-30 do the story quests
30-40 CDs
40-50 Gold Beach
50-65 Sahel 2
65-70 Roids
